We've used Bethan Dowsell, Merit Mortgage Solutions since we bought our first house 6 years ago. I cannot recommend them enough, Bethan always goes above and beyond, no matter what financial circumstances you're in, she will always do everything she can to get you the best mortgage rates & gives amazing financial advice. We recently moved properties from our first home to a new build, my partner is also self-employed which can present challenges in itself as lenders always seem to deem the self-employed as unreliable and absolutely scrutinise you. ‘We found Bethan after having a mortgage deal fall through and then struggled to get a lender who could lend to our limited company. Bethan quickly understood our position, she was obviously experienced and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She drew on her contacts and within a couple of days had managed to find a lender who would accept our financial position. The deal matched our requirements perfectly. If things are still a little niggly, it would probably be good if I see the tooth sometime in early spring to do a review. By then I would expect that the x-ray should show nearly complete bony healing so would be good to double check and make sure all’s well.
